The coffee maker is fantastic, and it is capable of producing an authentic and "correct" espresso. Since I only seldom indulge in cappuccino, I opted for the method that required human preparation, despite the fact that his equipment produces excellent results. Before I purchased this coffee maker, I had a Philips HD8828 3100 Series. Everything else about it was satisfactory, but the coffee it produced lacked flavor, so I sold it (and also reviewed it). The De'Longhi is also considerably easier to clean and maintain, and its brewing unit is far simpler and more intelligent than the one offered by Philips (although Philips makes use of a Saeco brewing unit). Because the interior of the car itself gets dirty considerably less frequently than Philips's does, you won't have to wash it as frequently. Additionally, the exterior is easy to clean because it features touch buttons, which prevent debris buildup. Naturally, the De'Longhi Dinamica is going to be more expensive than the Philips, but it absolutely deserves its price, and it makes me regret the 30,000 euros that I spent on the Philips.
