Review on AmazonCommercial 12-Inch Stainless Steel Whisk by Sheila Gray

The big one was too big and the wires were kind of "flexible” for beating. I was expecting them to be a lot stiffer but they are semi thin. The big downside with all of them is the non-stick coating…. It's much thicker than a regular whisk. Imagine trying to stir coffee or tea with a tablespoon instead of a teaspoon... It's something like this. I was dying to have a medium whisk and a small whisk to replace my regular whisk…. The big one is already in my donation on the goodwill heap, and the other two are perhaps not far behind. It would be easy to get 4 stars or better if these things were stronger and thinner on the end of the whisk.
