All in one to replace many of your small kitchen appliances.

I find Instant Pots and similar types of pressure cookers ideal. I would throw out all other small appliances if I had to choose between one of these appliances and a pressure cooker. They also seem to be getting better and better. This 6.5 liter pressure cooker performs the typical functions of a pressure cooker: slow cooking, yoghurt, soup and stew, sautéing and timed cooking. Functions of this machine: soup/broth, meat/stew, beans/chilli, poultry, casserole, slow cook, roast, rice, multigrain, oatmeal, steam, egg, yogurt and pressure cooker. It also has something none of my other pressure cookers have in that it has settings for special cooking, sous vide and sterilization. The buttons are for pressure levels, start delay, cancel and keep warm. The quality of the pot and the material is good and it works well. I find it a little difficult to use because my mind thinks it's my old IPs and it's a different machine and setup. For example, the lid goes the other way around. In this machine, everything is not prepared as quickly as in my IP. In use, the large screen shows everything. The status display shows the current status of preheating, cooking or keeping warm. The time display shows the cooking time and the pressure level can be set to low or high. The time mode display measures less, normal or more. There is an audible indicator that can be turned off and all programs can be stopped by pressing the cancel button. I did well with what I cooked, but I think I didn't time the time correctly because, for example, two chicken pieces took 30 minutes to cook. In my other pans they were ready in 6-8 minutes. I think it took longer than I'm used to because I don't quite understand how this machine works. It does a good job of cooking, but a lot of it will be trial and error before I get stuck on different settings. The user manual does not answer all of my questions. For example, the LCD panel is located in the control panel of the pressure cooker. In the user manual, the LCD panel shows cake, dessert, pasta, pizza, canned food and cake. But when I start the car it doesn't show up. Right now I don't need it for those things, so I have time to work with the machine to learn everything it does. The scope of delivery includes the following accessories: rice spatula, soup spoon, measuring cup, steamer. Stand and 2 mini silicone tacks. Tip: When removing the lid, the handles on the lid can fit into the handle slots on the pot, so the lid can remain open like when frying. I think the guide could be more informative. For example, pressure cookers usually come with charts of how long each dish should cook. There is nothing comparable here. I have diagrams for my other pressure cookers so I'll use them to understand some of them. It will be great when I master all the functions.
