The interface was very easy to use once we had our account set up correctly with some training from support staff at STITCHEX! A few minor issues here or there when integrating it into an existing web site but they were resolved quickly within 24hrs via online ticketing system and usually solved before I got my day started in work again (in addition if course correction needed). We have been able to track every order received by customer so far this season as well as tracking shipments back out - even to specific stores around UK & Europe which has helped us keep tight tabs on stock levels across our customers' accounts too.
