I love it! They are easy to use, just thread a plastic hook through a section of hair, hook in some hair and pull through. It stays in place because there is a layer of rubber at each end. I've found that when I sleep in it with dry hair, my waves aren't as pronounced as when I use it on wet hair. I prefer the dry hair method. They are easy to take off, I just pull them off. Sleeping in them is a little awkward, but no complaints. But they work fine!
