Great paracord! High tenacity cord for many uses - I have used it for shade sails - RECOMMENDED!
I used this cord to tie a rectangular shade sail above deck (pull the cord through the stainless steel grommets and sail hubs). I have previously ordered another brand of "paracord" without checking the strength specs. It was worse - couldn't use it. When I was looking for another line of sails I stumbled upon this one and read the specs. It also came in different colors so I was able to perfectly match the color of the shade sail. In terms of strength and endurance, the sail has endured months of exposure to the scorching sun and weathered gales with wind speeds up to 60mph with strong gusts. I did not notice any wear or breakage due to the screw lugs rubbing in the wind. Great strong line!
