I have been using a neti pot for almost 20 years and this is by far the best neti pot I have ever used. I love the design! It just works better than the ceramic pots I've used, has a large water capacity and I love how lightweight and durable it is which makes it travel friendly. The ceramic pots I've had in the past broke...this one will never break. My only concern was the quality of the plastic. As a Norwegian company they subject this product to EU medical device and chemical testing… which I have not seen with alternative products. I am so thankful for this product. Also a great seller, thank you! HOT TIPS: Once you've become comfortable with the standard neti pot method, consider the more advanced "Stage 2" method, which goes deeper into your posterior sinuses, basically by pumping some water through the bridge of your nose breathe in. Passages in and out of the mouth. I've also had excellent results with a mild solution of "garlic tea" at the first sign of a runny nose!
