Review on White Bose SoundLink II Wireless Headphones - Around-Ear by Kelz Dixon

I bought these for my wife's birthday and gave her in August (bought in July). She needed a great Bluetooth headset that would allow her to talk to her friends while walking her dog. She used them for the first time in late August and reported that if she went outside in wind or traffic, no one could hear her. I said she must be doing something wrong, it's Bose, and one of the main benefits is "Advanced microphone system, HD voice for clear calls in windy or noisy environments". Then we went to Europe for a few weeks and at the end of September she started using again. The same problems. We called Bose tech support and they said that this headset doesn't work well outside of the phone's microphone and that they specifically don't recommend using it for that. Since this is EXACTLY THE OPPOSITE of what Revane said we called Revane. They wouldn't help us. Headphones in perfect condition, only used 4 times but said return is not possible. They suggested calling Bose and I explained again that Bose had claimed the Revain product description was simply wrong. In vain, although we are HUGE customers. So we're stuck with a $200 purchase that doesn't work because it was bought because of a blatant lie on the Revain website. And they won't let us come back.
