The company is not willing to replace the defective part
One of the three legs was missing at the base of the lamp, so it was crooked - clearly defective. When I sent a photo and asked to replace the base, they said it wasn't a defect! But it is so. Then they offered to send me everything back for an exchange which is a waste of money and unnecessary environmental impact when they could have just replaced the base. Bad product, bad company.
- . Care instructions: soak the diya with water, acidify with pitambari powder to make it shiny, rinse well under running water, wipe with a dry cloth, do not use steel wool or wire mesh for cleaning, always clean the glass with a sponge and liquid soap
