I like that this program is easy to use and navigate. I also like that you can customize the plan to suit your needs. I think the most useful feature is the integration with the payroll system. This allows you to have easy access to the plan information. It is a great tool to be able to provide your employees with the information they need to make the best decisions for their health care. This software has allowed me to easily communicate all of my employee's benefits changes in one place, which was very helpful for our organization! It also allows us access from anywhere at anytime through any device we choose (phone or computer). I can't think about anything negative yet because this program does exactly what it says - provides easy communication between myself as well as other parties involved within an office setting regarding benefit plans!!
