Need Warrantee Assistance

I purchased 2 strands of these lights less than 10 months ago. This week, after a power-outage 1 of the stands will not power on. I've done the typical troubleshooting, without any luck. The product description says they offer a 15 month warrantee, but I can't seem to get anyone to answer the phone (the "support page" doesn't really take you to a page that will get you support). I'm hoping this post will get someone from HBN to call / email me with a way forward.
