It's an ok body trainer. Back support is really uncomfortable and painful
I like that it does hold things in. Have not had it long enough to shape my body or hips/waist yet. The back support of the trainer hurts and is uncomfortable. It fits ok. It kinda of roll up on it's own at the bottom.
