These filters are smaller than advertised: width measured 13 1/2" and 23 1 /2" long and doesn't fit in the frame of my AC return case. I still have 6 filters that are not used, they are still in brand new condition and kept in plastic packaging. I'm wondering if I can return these filters and get a refund or an exchange. The reason it's taking me too long to notify you is that I usually order a filter months before it runs out. Also, I love supporting a product made in the USA, which is why I purchased these filters from your company.
