OMG! I was skeptical but willing to try something at home. I have chronic back problems (herniated disc and locked spine) including back pain and numbness, tingling and shooting pains in my left leg. I've been to physical therapy many times in my life, including traction. I tried hanging a painful swing bed upside down. Anyway, last week I injured my back just bending over at the waist to pick up my purse off the floor. Today (11/9/21) my Magic Back Support arrived. I tried the lowest setting for 5 minutes as recommended. 5 minutes! I rolled onto my side (dismounted) and was afraid of pain but no pain! I have NEVER had instant relief (other than using ice for 10 minutes for nerve pain). There are many medical warnings in the instructions so I was careful throughout the process. In any case, I'll be back in a few weeks to comment more fully on my recovery process. But now, if you have skeletal spine problems, I strongly recommend using this product cautiously.
