Review on πŸ₯Š Heavy Bag Spring for Ringside Training by Jason Stokes

Revainrating 5 out of 5

Stable (and quiet!) accessory for heavy bags

The use of tension straps at both ends of this spring makes for a very stable and quiet workout with heavy bags. There is no metal on metal making a crunching or creaking sound, just the sound of a bag being hit. The spring also prevents the bag from rotating freely, so the bag returns to its original position relatively quickly. The attached photos show the spring configuration of a 70 lb Everlast bag on a 7 foot Everlast stand. The top of the heavy sack is 5 feet high (the top seam of the sack is 4 feet 9 inches). The spring itself is about 7 inches long, so either use shorter straps or attach the spring directly to the stand's metal hook. and bag rings if you need a higher punching surface. Very happy with this product.
