Review on 🧻 Pacific Blue Basic Recycled Paper Towel Rolls by GP PRO (Georgia-Pacific), White, 800 Feet Per Roll, 6 Rolls Per Case by Brenda Garvin

100m only recommended rolls

I bought this to use with the GP Marathon Handsfree Towel Dispenser when you pull on a real towel and it cuts after 1 foot pull. I was hoping to reload it less often since the recommended reels are only 350ft, although it clearly had plenty of extra room for larger reels. Thought I'd try them at 800ft, I'd have to reload them half the time, and they cost the same as 2 of the 350ft rolls, apparently an extra 100ft for free. This roll fits nicely in the dispenser but it's a little tight when you try to load it, no big deal. However, the paper is significantly thinner than GP Marathon Hardwound rolls, significantly harder and less absorbent. For original rolls, you can gently pull out the sheet with one hand or slightly with both hands. If you try it with one hand it will snap and not give. With 2 hands you have to be careful that it works. Thinner paper towels also appear to result in people consuming more, meaning the trash needs to be changed more often. The above extra 100ft free doesn't help because people use those extra 100ft because the towels are much thinner. Now I have to decide if I can find a bigger reel or go back to the smaller but better 350ft marathon reels.
