The company reached out right away to express their apologies with assurances of a refund since I wasn't satisfied with the product. These are of good quality, easy to hold, and perfect for a bit of bubbly (or wine, or whatever) at an outdoor event. As a disclaimer, I bought this jacket wanting it to be "snug" and fitted. Anyway on with the review! This jacket is pretty much true to size (give or take a few inches) with no stretch. I'm pretty busty so this jacket barely zips up on me (I had no intentions on wearing it zipped anyway) otherwise it fits as expected. These are super strong and great for holding a 40 pound bag of dog food closed. But, they are very sharp. I cut myself several times while putting them on or taking them off the bag of dog food. I was ready to toss them because of this until my husband suggested covering them with duct tape. This took care of the problem, but looks crappy.
