Great people and even better recruitment consultants

I like how professional they were with our team during interviews for both my current position as well their previous client which lead to me getting hired there! They are very thorough but not too pushy about it if you're just looking into them more informally through social media or networking events etc that's fine - don't worry be happy :) It was great knowing we had someone who knew what exactly needed doing at each stage of an interview process/recruitment journey so everything went smoothly from start-to-finish (from initial contact up until offer!).

Pros

Professional, knowledgeable staff.
The fact its managed by ex colleagues & friends ensures familiarity when making recommendations / suggestions in terms where best place is within your organisation.etc..and also helps ensure consistency across candidates' experience throughout recruitment journeys regardless whether candidate has been previously interviewed elsewhere before now being recommended via trapezelHR !!!
