I like this product. I would probably give 4.5 stars if they allowed half stars. 4 seems too low to me, so I rounded up to 5. I have never ordered a brush online before. I didn't know there were so many types. It was really hard going through all the bright useless brushes to find this simple useful brush. My hair is short and doesn't need much maintenance so this is exactly what I wanted. I ordered a medium size; However, the prongs are a bit long for my hair. But it was entirely my fault, not the seller's. What I received is exactly what I ordered and fits perfectly for what it is. Next time I will order a size smaller.
