Very comfortable. They're light and feel strong, but they don't have the flexibility of some of the goggles I have. Polarized lenses neither distort colors nor enhance contrast differences between different colors and shading conditions. I have a pair of sunglasses that actually offer the best visual experience, and while they're not the best, they're adequate for sun protection without distorting what you see. , or running, I prefer sunglasses with foam or rubber padding to block the sunlight directly overhead, these sunglasses don't have that feature. They sit fairly close to the forehead, but the sunlight shines through them. Those are good points. The suitcase is good. But I wouldn't wear them for serious outdoor activities. They're comfortable enough, they just lack the ability to block sunlight directly overhead.
