The customer support is also extremely helpful and knowledgeable. I think this tool will be able to meet or exceed your needs. There are really no downsides at all. Keep up the good work! Honestly, it's been an excellent experience so far. We have used BahaQuote previously but not so much as we do now. We needed more features and functionality to meet our business needs; we were looking for something that would allow us to better manage quotes and get them out quickly. This has allowed us to do just that.
