Review on Greenspring by James Wickware

My interactions with Greenspring were less than stellar. Despite their assertions that they are a one-stop shop for all of your house renovation requirements, they had a small selection and high prices. Additionally, their customer support was unresponsive and unhelpful. Weeks passed before I got a replacement for a damaged item. Even worse, their refund policy is complicated and unwelcoming to customers. I was generally dissatisfied with Greenspring, and I won't be doing any more business with them.
