I had a corset and it was very tight because it didn't hold up. The Velcro on the back is very difficult to adjust without help. If it stayed on my leg I think it would help. I literally took 3 steps after adjusting and tightening the brace and it slipped off. Yes, I was the right size, I measured my foot. It was also rough on my skin, especially at the back of my knees. I also tried wearing it over my pants for this reason and no change, it still fell off. I do not recommend. I am a nurse and I walk a lot. I feel like I wasted my money.
