Great Customer Service System For Restaurant Owners

It has all of our customer information so we can see what they've purchased in past months or years! Also it's pretty easy for us as employees/managers with scheduling responsibilities at restaurants (and even more general) - but I wish there was just one place where you could put notes about your customers without having them go through several different screens / websites before finding their info again if need be.. And yes, sometimes when someone wants something specific from my restaurant menu like chicken nugget patties instead og fries which are cheaper because less labor costs involved per order etc., then other times people want super healthy options such vegetables only salads & fruit juices w water not soda pop drinks ect... But this system helps me find out exactly who needs those items specifically by putting each person individually under "special requests" section within major account profile page The ability for customers/clients who want their appointment or consultation booked through major - they can do so easily using our service! We've also been able to use it in other ways such as sending out invoices which was great because we didn't have this process before but now with them doing all of these things I don’t need us having another system up my sleeve when there are problems at work etc.,.

Pros
  • Makes everything easier than ever since getting used into how amazing works is!! :) Yea yea!!! This software really takes care off many issues that come along while working day after days everyday trying hard keep everyone happy including clients too !:) So far no complaints here whatsoever :D
