Failed to load media. Function: Allows feet and calves to be massaged simultaneously, independently or side by side. It works by using air to inflate, much like putting a blood pressure cuff on your upper arm in a doctor's office. It has 3 different intensity settings that you can use to determine how much pressure you want and the medium setting offers good pressure. A foot massage is great for all the fleshy parts of your foot, including the top. However, it does not put any pressure on the bottom of the heel. The calf massage is very good for the calf and soleus muscles, although I didn't really feel the Achilles tendon. It builds pressure there, I just don't think the velcro is snug enough around my ankle to reach those muscles/tendons. The position of the massager on the legs allows you to put pressure on it. However, since it is "intended" to be worn, only the calves are massaged. The controller is very easy to use and the buttons are easy to find and press. Noise: very quiet in operation. A subtle sound that can easily fall asleep when in use. Listen to the video to see it in action. Final Thoughts: I have never used a foot massager like this before, I use a massage gun and an R8 recovery roller. It makes things different from what they can do. This puts pressure on the entire muscle and not on a specific point. The auxiliary heating is also very good. The only thing I would wish for was a rotation feature that starts at the top of the muscle and slowly works your way down, rather than full pressure all the time. All in all well done and I enjoy using it.
