These thermostats come in two styles. The first type are non-original counterfeits of unknown quality, safety, origin and low cost. The second types are genuine Frigidaire factory thermostats which are of standardized quality, CE approved for electrical safety and are typically 400% more expensive than fakes. This addon describes an "OEM Electrolux" thermostat, and of course it's priced like a more expensive OEM, but today I received a fake (possibly dangerous) non-CE certified thermostat. See image. A fabulous sign of a counterfeit part is the missing CE safety label and original Electrolux packaging. Very disappointing.
