For something of this value you generally get some really good packaging. This product did not let me down. It was like Fort Knox trying to open up everything. There was a box in a box in a box and then everything was sealed in plastic. Very fancy packaging.Compared with another versions I have of this type of equipment, this is by far superior in terms of quality and ease of use. I didn’t even have to unzip it to put it on. No velcro to deal with. Just slip on and go. The connectors were easy to attach also. Incase you don’t read the instructions, the power button is on the side of the controller. I had a hard time trying to figure out how to turn it on and had to resort to the instructions. I was pleasantly surprised to basically hear nothing while it was operating. Other model I have is noisy and I have to leave the controller on the ground away from me but this on I can hold. Once it starts up it slowly fills each zone and gets quite large like a big balloon. It’s got amazing pressure and feels wonderful and really works the different areas in your legs well.It’s also rechargeable so you can use it on the go and then you can also run customized programs through the app on your phone.It’s obvious why the price is what it is. This is high tech equipment to help ease muscle soreness and keep legs fresh and ready to go
