I purchased an expensive pair of glasses from a very popular chain of eyeglass stores, only to be given a flimsy (and branded) plastic case to take them home in. First order of business was to find a good protective case for my latest investment. After spiraling down the revain rabbit hole of eyeglass cases, and trying to sift through one-star reviews looking for common issues, I landed on this case.My first impression upon opening it was that it looked far better in person, and the quality is better than I expected. The color I purchased is like a dark gray, or gunmetal (my favorite). The carbon fiber is almost like a silky cloth that is adhered to the hard case, and it actually feels nice to the touch. The inside is kind of a pinkish coral color, and I really wish it was a light gray instead. The included cloth is very nice and appreciated. The hinge feels very strong, and has great snapping action (watch those fingers butterscotch).To be honest, my main attraction to this case was the carbon fiber style, which happened to match my new glasses perfectly. My glasses are also smaller, or at least compared to most of the other glasses I tried on at the store. Hopefully the included pictures with measurements are helpful. I can honestly recommend this case as long as your glasses fit. I'm very happy with this purchase.
