I do not recommend this foil transfer glue stick as it does not give a smooth and even finish in my coloring book. It leaves jagged pen marks when you press on it with foil, as you can see in the photos I've attached (it's the same image, with and without the flash). Also, if you don't gently squeeze out the glue, you can spill glue that won't cleanly remove from the paper. This has happened to me too as sometimes the glue barely came out and I had to squeeze the handle a little harder. I suspect this glue stick works better with foil when doing lettering that is done in single strokes, but if you try to "fill in" an area in a coloring book like I tried, you'll end up with the Foil uneven due to the streaks. Glue stick.
