I kept getting flat spots on the wire because the old wheel was spinning on the wire - then there would be a "burr" on the tip of the gun dangled, a new drill cause slipping wheels. This has only happened once since the move. I am very happy! I have an aftermarket 10 gun lead gun and the welder is very used and almost 15 years old! I couldn't see the problem until I compared the old and new unicycle tracks, which were definitely worn out. Fits 3200 Lincoln 110v welder.
