Review on ๐ŸฅŠ Muay Thai Combat Sports Pads by Dustin Berry

Lightest pads with good protection

I used them once in a muay thai class. These are the lightest pads I've used and offer good impact protection. You won't get the fatigue in your shoulders and arms like you would with heavy pads, but the workout won't be as good either. Half of the workout is holding the pads and building muscle endurance. The kicking guy wasn't one of our strongest kickers, so I wasn't too uncomfortable. I still think that based on the first experiences they will be decent against hard kickers too. Will they be good enough against Chuck Norris? Probably not, but how many foosball tables in the gym can hit that hard. I would say this will be more than enough to protect 90% of the kickers. I doubt that you can hurt yourself with these pads even with hard kickers. Might hurt your forearms a bit, but nothing likely will break or hurt.
