Firstly I have never looked at anything but I wasn't sure about this product and had a lot of questions before I started: I gave it 4 stars, because you can get it true white, but that's not uncommon when it's lit at a good price. So if you want true white, this won't work. I placed the main module under the battery on the passenger side, I needed two extensions to keep my rear driver's side tire easily accessible. The light I installed in the center I also used a 10ft extension but I routed it from the driver's side and crossed the engine. If you install it on the passenger side, you may not need it. For length reference, I have an F-250 Super Crew with a short platform. I only used 5 lights, one in each wheel arch and one centered on the bottom. Lumens are good and I like the way it looks. I used the app to choose the final color but I connected it to Aux 1 on my truck. Now the switch turns it on and off and I don't use the app anymore. If you want the light to turn on when the truck is off you will need to use Aux 5 or 6. Google it, there are many videos on how it works. I didn't use the built in fuse as the aux switches provided by Ford already have it. If you don't use a switch, you should use the built-in fuse. I was a little worried about the nut and bolt system with no washers so I went and got some of my own washers from Tractor Supply and also gorilla glued each bulb. . The lights look like they can handle rocks, they're not plastic so I was happy with that. For the light I installed in the center I used gorilla glue and heavy duty zip ties as I didn't want to drill through the frame. I added an extra tie to the wire next to the flashlight. If the gorilla glue and zip ties on the flashlight don't work, I won't lose the flashlight itself and will find a better solution. All in all no problem, it took about 3 to 4 hours. I would recommend this product to others if they are not looking for true white light.
