It's only been 6 weeks and now the seller isn't responding. UPDATED

UPDATE: The seller finally came back with me and sent a new one that works great. The only thing we had "problems" with was the unlock date and time by the indicated user, they are not always correct but for me it is very minor since we have a camera with which we can check everything. I liked it at first. The seller was very nice and helpful until he stopped working completely and now he doesn't answer any of my emails. It worked great for a while but didn't have long-term customer service. I didn't want to write this review so I gave them plenty of time to respond before replying and still nothing.
