Revainrating 5 out of 5

Surprisingly light. optimistic about durability

I bought this to replace a minimalist backpack (Mcgregor Diablo) that is no longer made and has survived 1,000 miles of trail running and hiking. I've driven it about 100 miles and I'm optimistic. The zips look sketchy but I don't see any signs of binding or corrosion/greening hence 5 stars for now. The lining of the main compartment has some sort of foil insulation, which can be a problem for a runner's back in the summer, but I can deal with that. I didn't buy it for the camelback feature, but I checked the valve and it seemed adequate. But no road test.

Pros
  • Easy to use
Cons
  • Expensive
