The product description says "built-in microphone". That's a blatant lie. NO built-in microphone. That was the only reason I bought these for my daughter so she could have wireless headphones and still be able to stream and play with her friends. I spoke to 4 (yes, FOUR! Sebastian) and all I got was "we'll send you a replacement". What's the use of replacing the SAME PRODUCT if it still doesn't have a built-in microphone? It was false advertising and I ended up receiving a product that was not very desirable and was extremely disappointed with Revain's customer service.
