I would not recommend this pillow

I would not recommend this pillow to anyone. I woke up with a headache and neck pain. I bought a large size and am not sure if there was not enough filling or too much, it would only go to one side and I would have to keep adjusting and fluffing it up. The scraps of a mattress laced with tiny pee in a pillowcase aren't worth the money. Especially since it hurts you.
