Worst modem experience I have ever had. I needed to replace an existing old modem, so I decided to try this "updated" modem. After not being able to connect to the internet for more than 3 hours, I concluded that it was an updated modem. I decided to buy this modem new from Revain just to make sure it wasn't a specific brand or model of modem. The new modem connected within minutes and is now working. Save yourself time and headaches and DO NOT buy refurbished ones. It costs extra money. You shouldn't even be allowed to sell this product.
