Well, there are still a few downsides.

I really like this gravel cleaner but it has serious flaws. Pros: + It has a great hand pump to start the suction so I don't have to suck on the hose. + comes with 2 gravel pack lengths so you have options. very thin. And will collapse on its own. - There is no way to shorten the leg extension over our gravel pack (flange connectors are larger than the pipe) - Connection points are weak allowing air to get into the pipe so the siphon effect is lost.
