Review on 🌬️ Fil-fresh 2-Pack AP-1512HH Air Purifier Filter Compatible with Coway, includes 8 Carbon Filters - Part# 3304899 by Craig Walters

I finally installed one of the HEPA filters in my Coway after using a pair of anti-odor carbon filters. The odor filters just seem great - I don't see any difference to the original filter. However, the HEPA filter makes my Coway significantly louder than the original filter. With the original filter, the lowest setting is truly silent—virtually silent in space, barely audible within a few feet. With the Fil-fresh replacement, Coway is no longer silent. It's still quiet, but there's a much more audible white noise that you can clearly hear from anywhere in the room. And it's noticeably louder at higher settings. Noise aside, there are two problems with what higher resistance should be: it decreases airflow performance and puts more stress on the motor, which can affect its lifespan. Next time I'll probably just buy OEM filters.
