Update: contacted seller. And we're super friendly. They went out of their way to make sure I was okay and I have to be honest it was pretty sweet that they did. Few companies take the time to ensure you have a great experience. Also highly recommended as a hair dryer. I have very long hair so when I used the diffuser it was sucked in from behind. I panicked and turned it off, but still managed to pull out a few hairs. Scared me, but it's a good hair dryer.
