Product definitely works but instructions are very poor. They give you a piece of paper directing you to a website unrelated to your product. After looking at the user manual and deduction sessions for about an hour, I was able to figure out how to properly set up the product. It's extremely simple and I'm not sure why they don't just list it on the same piece of paper that takes you to the site. Another thing they don't tell you is what temperature you need to process your honey and for how long. It will also be valuable information. I let my set of 95 to 105 sit for three days and did nothing. Raised it to 115 for the high and 100 for the low and it started melting throughout the day. Although the product works very well. Because of the bad or missing instructions I give 4 stars. Give everyone a better YouTube video about this model. I can personally make one to help people.
