🪑 Vintage Replacement Cabinet for AAGUT Antique Furniture Review

We tried replacing only two casters and they were almost identical to the originals. However, we went ahead and replaced all four reels. However, that is not why the review asked about "transparency" as they are not and are not intended to be transparent.

We bought a coffee table for LR. Problem: The table is very heavy and the sofa is a sofa bed. I found these videos and voila, our problem has been solved. My husband drilled holes in the bottom of the legs and the transformation was awesome! They were easy to install and the table moved very smoothly!

"Safe for all floors: Our ball transfer units will not damage your expensive parquet, they will not leave marks on your floor. Our ball casters help protect them." -- Upon receipt, I inspected the wheels, they are hard plastic. I didn't want to use it on my floor. I can't imagine them being safe for wood floors.

The price is right. They're working well so far. The buns are very good even with a 260lb person. The husband used a drill to make a hole in the chair leg, then hit the handset with a hammer and then pushed the roll bar. Be aware that your seat height off the ground will be higher. It was great for my 6ft 3in husband but was too tall for my 5ft 3in.

Exactly as described and appear to work well. They roll very smoothly on my carpet. My only minor concern is that it's a hard plastic ball material and I'm concerned that the weight of the cabinet I used them on could damage them. The weight of my cabinet is within the stated limits, but the balls don't feel that heavy. The time will show. I love her now!

I had a two seater chair with 3/8" threaded legs with spiral inserts. These inserts were bushings that went straight into the large threads of the spool while being perfectly driven into the tree. This made it a snap and works great allowing my wife to easily push the two seater across the carpet as she likes to do at times.

We loved the easy rotation of these ball casters and the antique finish looks great; but we bought them less than two months ago and they are literally falling apart. We didn't even use them much. The ball bearings in the swivel all fall out. The strong locking at the beginning has deteriorated to the point where the reels are barely held in place. Very disappointing. They look so great, but they didn't really last long.

Good durable casters. Should last a long time; not cheap plastic like many others. The balls roll well. Ease of installation. Ideal!
