The length is great for 27.5 mountain bikes and 700 road or gravel bikes. The metal loop has been sturdy after multiple uses but one should probably be careful to tighten thus strap with the metal loop not rubbing against the frame or wheel. The major down side is the traction backing which came off after less than 10 uses. Plant arrived promptly and was in good shape. The other products I ordered to go with it did not come yet, so I just put the root in my pond in a makeshift cage temporarily. I did not use soil or anything. By the next day it had started unfolding one of the little leaves growing out of it and after 3 days there are two good sized leaves. So these are small, only 2 oz. About the size you would expect to get for a condiment cup at a restaurant for ketchup, mustard, etc. I like that these are compostable, so after use, you can toss them with no worry. The only thing I wasn't happy about was the plastic wrapping. It was wrapped in thin plastic film and then it was wrapped again in plastic film to separate half of them from the other half (presumably so you wouldn't need to open all at once). I like the design of this pillow with an attachable neck roll that can be moved around a bit. It's not quite like its picture as the roll flops around more than I expected. The buttons were a bit tight in the buttonholes, but once affixed I can move the roll around for more comfort. The fabric is think and durable feeling. It's easy to put on and connect the two connections. The two things I can see that could be an issue are the strap eyelets. They allow the straps to twist from disconnecting and reconnecting throughout the day, and the fabric being thicker also is a downfall because it is a bit bulky thus sometimes gets in the way when bending in close to my machines to inspect my work pieces. Super easy to set up and install on our 2012 Dodge Journey. BUT as this is my 1st experience using a cargo carrier on a hitch- one of our plastic bins completely melted because it was in front of the exhaust pipe.
