So these are small, only 2 oz. About the size you would expect to get for a condiment cup at a restaurant for ketchup, mustard, etc. I like that these are compostable, so after use, you can toss them with no worry. The only thing I wasn't happy about was the plastic wrapping. It was wrapped in thin plastic film and then it was wrapped again in plastic film to separate half of them from the other half (presumably so you wouldn't need to open all at once). I would have loved if these came packaged in a paper sleeve or in the least one plastic sleeve so as to reduce the plastic use a bit more. Otherwise, they seem to hold up, are VERY sturdy cups, and I love they are compostable.
