Initially, I chose between silicone and mesh, for some reason I decided that a child would be able to get less edible food from silicone than from a mesh. I knew that with the net there would be inconvenience in terms of care, but I decided to take a chance. The quality of the nibbler is excellent: no foreign smells, everything is solid and reliable. At first it seemed big, but the child does an excellent job with it, sucks out the fruit more abruptly than a juicer, there is only one cake left)) True, we had the first 2 teeth at 4 months, and we started using a nibbler by 6, teeth are apparently easier to squeeze fruit out of the mesh than gums . They began to feed on soft fruits: peach, banana, then apples and pears were used. Everything is perfectly eaten and the child is satisfied, plus you can scratch the erupting teeth. We have been using this thing for half a year, although I thought it would last for a couple of months. Now, however, we take out the nibbler less often, since the baby eats normally from a spoon, and we use the net with fruits as snacks. Well, washing it, of course hard labor. A couple of times I threw it with children's things into the washer, of course, after rinsing it and then sterilizing it with boiling water before use. I won’t say that this is the correct care for the nibbler, but it is clean and, by the way, did not suffer from washing.
