My kitchen drawer all of the sudden started opening at times, which was annoying.Tried velcro and it worked for a month or two.Found these magnets and my drawer never opens on it's own anymore.Also installed on my spice rack cabinet horizontal drawer today.These are very durable, one would expect these to last a life time.I thought the drawer would stick out a fair amount, but these pieces are fairly thin.I kind of eye balled these to line up level and install and it was pretty easy. I would think there would be a little give if you miss aligned the two pieces.I forgot these things existed. I installed a similar larger magnetic catch on my bookcase cabinet doors over 20 years ago. Anyway, I have to say, I am so happy with this purchase!
