When I opened it for the first time with this laundry sorter, I found that it already had a tear: at the bottom separating the middle bag from the outer one. It's so disappointing that companies don't ensure the quality of their entire product. I won't be returning it because I need it and I can sew myself a strong bag for the rack. If the bag was of higher quality I would give it five stars. I first ordered this from another company and a few days after ordering I received an email from that other company that they were out of stock and that Revain.com did not reflect their actual stock; So I canceled that order and bought this one which was delayed two days due to the weather. It was easy to set up and perfect for my needs. I like that it folds up and fits on the wall so it doesn't take up space when not in use.
