Does the job well & should last forever!
Being collectors and researchers, we have tons of books and other items that require heavy-duty bookends. These do the job wonderfully as they are strong and sturdy, and have no tailpiece to overhang as metal bookends often do, which allows for more storage space. Their construction says that heavy books or LPs are not like to bend or break these bookends. I will certainly buy more to replace the others that we have that don't work so well. The price is also great.
