Review on 🖥️ STT-16992 Silver Ticket Thin Bezel 16:9 4K Ultra HD Ready HDTV Projector Screen (6 Piece Fixed Frame, 92-Inch, White Material) by Mark Green

I purchased this item and on arrival a few pieces connecting the center bars were missing from the box. I immediately contacted Silver Ticket via FB Messenger and they FedEx the replacement parts. After putting everything together, I noticed that one of the center pieces that connect is slightly taller than the other piece. Installed the screen and after putting everything together I noticed a small crack in the screen where the sharp center edge had cut the screen. Contact ST again and they send me a new screen and some corner like tabs that align the parts. Hope this fixes everything. Aside from the minor issues I had the ST CSR was great, the screen is very solid and the top and bottom brackets hold the screen to the wall. One thing I recommend is putting felt tape on the top mounts so the bass doesn't rattle on the screen when it's hanging. I am using a Cinewhite screen with Jvc NX5Update: on my 3rd screen and all have wrinkles. Manufacturing suggests pre-warning and allowing to cool to remove wrinkles. Helped a little, but still. The CSR was good, just wish the products would show up with no issues.
