Clip has dropped the weight on the floor a bit because it was in a bad position.

The clip that you attach to the weight holder has dropped the weight onto the floor a few times when I try to begin rolling. I realized that it was because the clip, if not completely straight, has a tendency to just give out and let the weight go. Be more cautious than I was when using this product, otherwise you might hurt yourself. However, when it does not drop the weight, it works as it should.

Great for helping to prevent injuries and strengthening your grip for other activities like rock climbing, tennis, or gymnastics

Cons

Could cause muscle imbalances if not used in conjunction with other exercises
